Yes, all bookings for 2026 are now open. The season runs from March - October with the exception of Happy hut which also opens for December.

Bookings can be made directly on the website under the 'book a hut' page. The calendars reflect live availability.    Huts can be booked up until midnight the day before arrival. If you miss the booking window but believe a hut may still be available, please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you on the day.

Access for all huts is via a key code box, you will receive an email with the key code the day before at 10:00am, please check your junk folder. You will also receive a reminder at 07:00am the day of your booking. Please do check junk mail/promotions as it might be hiding there!

There is a pay & display car park on Beach Road operated by Holkham, but it fills up quickly in peak months often by 9:30–10:00am.  Address is: Beach Road, NR23 1DR Car park opening times: October – March: 6:00am – 6:00pm April – September: 6:00am – 9:00pm Please note: Parking is not guaranteed and no refunds are given if you cannot find a space. If full, you’ll be redirected to the overflow car park, about a 40-minute walk away, or you can take the Holkham bus. ​ Additional parking is available in Wells town (approx. 1 mile from the beach). Check-in is from 9:30am (you can arrive later if you prefer). There is no set check-out time — just be mindful of car park closing times.
