Over the last 3 and a half years of successfully renting our lovely huts on Wells beach we have been often asked to recommend holiday homes within easy reach of Wells-Next-The-Sea.

We have an average monthly count of 2000 views on our website and on average Happy Huts has just shy of 3,000 bookings per year. Most of which are holiday makers.

Our aim, is to first and foremost advertise your holiday home to our customers encouraging them to visit your direct website. As well as enhancing our customer experience by being able to offer them not just huts but also a range of holiday homes that we can recommend.


What are we offering:


A square on the website


Your holiday home will feature on our ‘Happy homes’ section of the website, with an overview of location, No. of guests, No. of beds and whether or not it is dog friendly and has parking. We will feature 6 images which you can send to me or I can download from your site. This will be linked to your direct website or air bnb page, so when a customer clicks they will be sent to you! Just like this one...

A Dedicated Instagram Post


​When you join we will prepare a dedicated Instagram post, in form of a carousel we can collaborate with your Instagram if you have this to showcase your home to our 24k followers. 

How much does it cost?

We charge a one off fee of £120 for the whole year with no commission charges. The year starts from when you sign up and we will contact you 2 weeks before it is set to renew, to see if you would like to. We offer a 20% discount for any home owner who has The Happy Huts mentioned on their website or in guest manuals, this brings the fee down to £96.
